PROJECT NEWS: Silent Rhythm Being Made for 2014?

According to IMDB, the (musical) film Silent Rhythm is in pre-production and will star Jesse L. Martin along with Debbie Allen and Rasta Thomas. The film had previously been announced several years ago but never developed. No official word has been announced.
